HAN – Golden Land Tour

TANG – Golden Passage Tour

TIBET Tour

Visit the magical and mysterious Tibet to see the famed Potala Palace, a holy city to travelers for over three centuries. Once the seat of Tibetan government and winter residence of the Dalai Lama, the great 13-story hilltop palace encloses over 1,000 rooms where monks chant and devotees offer ceremonial scarves or yak butter lamps.

Experience the famous Tibetan monasteries, Sera and Drepung Monastery, along with a visit to a Tibetan family in the old neighborhood. After Lhasa, we travel to the second largest Tibetan city to visit the Tashilunpo Monastery in Shigatse.

YUNNAN Tour

A mixture of cultural immersions and otherworldly sites, this tour visits one of the most varied sections of China. Yunnan shares a southern border with Vietnam, Laos and Myanmar and has 25 recognized ethnic minorities while spanning many geographical areas. From the snow-capped mountains at the foot of the Himalayas to the tropical rainforests of the Mekong valley, the Yunnan Province stands distinct from other parts of China.

Arrive in Shanghai and visit the exquisite Yuyuan Garden and stroll along the Bund.

SILK ROAD Tour

Experience the routes and sights of the famed Silk Road, where East and West first began to blend, trading goods and ideas, bringing Chinese silks into Imperial Rome, along with the philosophies of Islam, Buddhism and Christianity into the East as the caravans crossed the expanse areas of the Gobi Desert.

Start in Beijing, seeing Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, a section of the Great Wall of China and the 7,000+ soldiers making up the Terracotta Army.

Board a flight to Dunhuang in the remote Gobi Desert to see local markets and the fascinating Mogao Caves where Buddhist art has been carved to the cliffs. View the expanse of sand dunes from atop a camel. Visit Urumqi to experience a desert oasis and meet the Uygur, a Turkic – speaking ethnic minority that resides in the remote northern section. See the graceful Emin Minaret, the tallest Islamic structure in China.

HEAVEN EARTH Tour

This tour begins in Shanghai.  Stroll along the Bund, visit the Yuyuan Garden and the Shanghai Museum, displaying some of the best relics from the Qing dynasty.

Board a flight to experience the ancient Silk Road to visit an oasis village surrounded by the desert and stunning mountains. Visit Urumqi and the graceful Emin Minaret, the tallest Islamic structure in China. From the desert, venture to the majestic snowcapped mountains and visit the yurt homes of local Kazakh herdsmen.

Next, go to Dunhuang, a UNESCO site, to see the fascinating Buddhist art at the Mogao Caves. Then head to to Xian to see the massive, fortified City Walls, the Small Goose Pagoda and the 7,000+ Terracotta Soldiers.
