See the largest ice and snow festival on earth in cosmopolitan Harbin, Manchuria’s largest city. Besides vast structures and sculptures made of ice, enjoy outdoor winter activities such as skating, dog sledding and see the world’s largest preserve of the critically endangered Siberian Tigers.
