Here is some basic information that you can provide so we can design your private tour:
- When would you like to travel? For example, in which season/month, or do you have specific dates?
- How many people are traveling on this trip? Are there any children under the age of 12?
- Any specific destinations and activities in mind, or would you want us to make suggestions?
- Do you have a specific purpose for this tour? What are you interested in seeing and doing in China?
- What class of accommodations you prefer: luxury, deluxe, or first class? Which mode of transportation would you like: air, train, or car?
- What would you like included in the tour package: international air, all the meals, or any other special accommodations?
As soon as we receive your request, one of our planning experts will work out a draft itinerary, offering professional advice based on what we find to be the best and most logical travel plan. We will send you the itinerary along with a price quote. This is done usually within a couple of days.
Once you have made your reservation with Access China Tours, a detailed day-by-day itinerary will be sent to you along with our Welcome Packet which gets you started in preparation for the upcoming journey.
We can make any modification for you. For example, if you like one of our package tour itineraries but the pre-determined tour dates do not fit within your travel schedule, please let us know. We can arrange the same tour as a private one, according to your timetable, at a small extra cost.
