Before making a reservation, please make sure that you have carefully read the tour itinerary, the General Terms and Conditions, and the Access China Tours Reservation Form. Then, follow these simple steps to book the tour you want to take:
Reservation By Phone
* Call us at 1-800-788-1399 to make the reservation
* Have the deposit charged to your VISA, MasterCard, or American Express card
Once you have made your reservation, your place on tour can be immediately confirmed. We will send you a Booking Confirmation along with a Welcome Packet once your reservation and your deposit are processed. The Pre-Departure Packet (Final Packet) will be sent to you about 3 weeks prior to tour departure time.

The premium will depend on your age, the tour cost, trip duration and choice of plan. Trip cost should include airfare taxes and surcharges, visa fees, single supplement, and extension costs, wherever applicable. The two companies were chosen on the competitiveness of rates and benefits as well as on the quality of customer service, especially their track record in handling claims. You should purchase insurance coverage at the time of putting down a deposit.
